  • You will need to have a guarantor above the age of 21, who is not a Unite Students resident.
  • No deposit required.
  • One rent payment needs to be paid in advance and it will count towards your first rent instalment.
  • Both under and over-18s are welcome to book.

Considered one of the best student accommodations in Portsmouth, Collegiate offers self-contained studios with exclusive access to facilities such as an on-site gym, common areas and modern study spaces. Accessible accommodation is offered at Crown Place which is located in the city centre, approximately 10 minutes away from ICP.
