Compliance status

The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

The issues are:

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Some tables may not have table headers which makes it difficult for people using screen readers, this fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships). We aim to train our content team and fix the issue.

Some links have the exact same link text, so people using screen readers face difficulty accessing information. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.4: Link Purpose (In Context). We aim to train our content team and fix the issue.

Our videos on the website are hosted on YouTube, and Vimeo; but some of these may not have captions. This doesn’t meet WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.2.2 Captions (Pre-recorded).

Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader software.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We quarterly conduct comprehensive assessments of the entire website using third-party tool SiteImprove. SiteImprove enables us to pinpoint non-compliant content and provide us with specific details on fixes.
